My career began with Sanyo, where I worked as a planner (Production & Sales) in the consumer electronics industry. This role marked the foundation of my professional journey, teaching me the importance of meticulous planning, time management, and attention to detail. These skills became pivotal as I transitioned into the fast-paced hard disk drive sector, taking on roles as a buyer and procurement engineer at Syquest Technology International and Maxtor Peripheral. During these 8 years, I developed a keen ability to analyze complex processes, negotiate effectively, and manage high-pressure situations—experiences that shaped my analytical mindset.

However, I eventually realized that the corporate environment, with its high-stress ceilings, was not the long-term path I envisioned for myself. Seeking freedom and flexibility, I ventured into the office furniture industry as an operation manager at Technigroup Office Furniture in KL, and later as sales director at T.A Furniture in Singapore, I took on the challenge of setting up its sales distribution network in Singapore, where I was instrumental in driving the company’s regional growth. Over the 5 years I spent in the industry, I honed my entrepreneurial skills, developed a deep understanding of market dynamics, and learned to navigate competitive business landscapes. This phase was pivotal in nurturing my independent spirit and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

A turning point came when I made a bold move into the real estate industry, a field I had never intended to explore. Initially, I viewed property sales as an unlikely fit for my career. However, a chance encounter with a senior mentor revealed its potential as a platform where my skills could thrive. Over the next 20 years, I worked with some of the most prestigious agencies in Singapore, including Coldwell Banker, ERA, REA, Knight Frank, and PropNex, while also collaborating with local Malaysian agencies. In this field, I discovered my passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of property transactions. Real estate became not just a career but a calling—an avenue where I could provide valuable insights, problem-solving expertise, and personalized guidance to property owners.

Today, with decades of experience spanning consumer electronics, manufacturing, office furniture, and real estate, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a client-centric approach to my work. Each phase of my career has instilled unique skills: precision from my corporate roles, entrepreneurial resilience from my business ventures, and a people-first mindset from my real estate journey.
